The way it's going to work is that for each of these that you purchase you will receive a signed 4×6” print of one of the photos below. The Gyuto features a 7.75” blade forged from the highly revered, and increasingly rare because it's no longer in production W2 tool steel. The ergonomic handle features an integral bolster, with a beautiful piece of Sonoran Desert Ironwood that was heirloom fit for lasting comfort.
