This piece features a gyuto profile, in a smaller and lighter size. The handle is ergonomically sculpted from figured eucalyptus and African Blackwood. The blade is just under 6” long, just under 2” tall at the heel, and is hand forged from 80crv2 high carbon steel. Comes with a leather case by Guster Leather.
