This Art Series Gyuto features an 8.25” hand forged mosaic Damascus blade and a museum fit quilted redwood handle. The mosaic Damascus was intentionally made to match the grain of this rare and beautiful handle material. It features a full distal taper, balances excellently at the bolster. The blade is 2.5” tall at the heel to allow for optimal clearance in the cutting board, without being so tall as to feel unbalanced. This one of a kind piece comes with a hand crafted leather case by Guster Leather.
