This santoku is nimble, beautiful, and collectable. It was Hand forged from the no longer in production, original W2 tool steel that was used to make die for the automotive industry; and is highly sought after and renowned as an incredible knife steel amongst collectors and smiths. The handle was sculpted from the always beautiful Ringed Gidgee.
